Pinetree was formed in 2012 by a team who have been working for the last 20 years in the customer service, CRM, customer experience or whatever the latest faddy name is for making the interaction with your customers the best it can be. We’ve been so busy doing great work with the likes of NHS, Dudley MBC, TSA and Wheatley Group that we may have gone under the radar.
